Coral Cove Resort highly recommends that you purchase trip cancellation service if you are traveling during the official hurricane season from June 1st to November 30. The insurance will cover you in case of a natural disaster (please verify all terms and conditions with the insurance company). If there is a Tropical Storm Warning or a Hurricane Warning issued for Jamaica, Coral Cove Resort may close before or during your scheduled reservation and you may be asked not to come or be asked to leave early. If you do not purchase insurance coverage, and are unable to travel, are unable to stay in our accommodations, or are asked not to come or to checkout, or to depart the island early due to a tropical storm or hurricane, Coral Cove Resort will hold on account for one year, the unused balance of your reservation which may be applied toward the payment for any new reservation beginning within one year of the originally scheduled arrival date. We will not hold your balance on account if the hurricane is not a threat to Jamaica and you are unable to travel because of canceled flights. You will not be refunded for any of these circumstances. If you do not purchase insurance and are currently on the island, if you choose to leave, you will not be refunded or credited for the unused portion of your stay. Under all circumstances, Coral Cove Resort shall not issue a refund whatsoever.
