˜ Reception Menu ˜ Soup A Tossed Salad & Bread Served on each table Entrees Choose 1, 2 or 3 Lobster (out of season March 31st to June 30th) Half Lobster Each Mild Jerked Chicken Served with two Sauce on the side (one mild, one hot) "Rasta Pasta" Vegetarian Pasta with tomatoes, sweet peppers, ackee Snapper Fried and served with Escovietched Sauce on the side (one mild, one hot) Quality Sirloin Steak Sautéed and served with a garlic and onion sauce Curried Goat Goat fried and cooked in curry sauce ˜ Side Dishes ˜ Green Beans Rice & Peas Calalloo Mashed Yam or Mashed Potato ˜ Dessert ˜ Fruit Salad Coffee & Tea Additional menu items may be available. It is served following the Wedding Ceremony and before the Wedding Reception.
