Services/Staff
The staff at Coral Cove is more like a family. Jean runs the villa
and the kitchen and is ably assisted by Sonia, Elaine, Lisa Narvelette and Marcea, Uriah
and Tattyman keep
the grounds in perfect order, Kevin tends to guests and the bar Wigga
provides security at night, Richie oversees the property, transportation, and also serves as social
director. All are dedicated to making your stay at Coral Cove the best
it can be.
An Epicurean's Delight
Breakfast is Sumptuous! Your day starts with the best Jamaican Blue Mountain
coffee and fresh squeezed island juices. Possibly an omelet and johnnycakes or
Jamaicas dish: ackee and salt fish. Traditional items like French toast, pancakes,
eggs, bacon, toast, and cereals are always available as are locally grown fresh fruits.
Breakfast can be served at one of many dining areas, from your balcony outside your room,
or a seaside table on the beach.
Lunch is a Delight! With appetizers and sandwiches, Jamaican
patties and Jamaican pies, pasta
salads, and fruit plates.
Dinner is served! Also included is the evening meal, an authentic Jamaican
delight served at your favorite dining area, while watching the sun set into the Caribbean
Sea. Seafood is our specialty. Grilled or roasted lobster, escoveitch fish, jerk or
curried chicken, Jamaican beef stew and spiced pork, are just a few of the favorites served with soup, fresh vegetables,
pastas, salad, and rice or potatoes. Fresh baked pies and cakes are daily fare.
