Dear Steve: We had such a wonderful time, from the moment we set foot on the Coral Cove
property we knew we were at a very special place. I would not change a
thing! Everything was perfect...our rooms the hammocks, the beach, the
gardens, the food, and especially the people. We were there for such a short
time, but I found myself getting choked up when I had to say good-bye to
Jeanne and Sonia. What two special ladies. The food speaks for itself,
everything was absolutely delicious! I managed to get Jeanne to tell her
recipe for Jerk Chicken. I miss the many kitchen conversations we had and I
think about them often. Ritchie was also wonderful. He showed us "main street" in Little Bay and
drove us to whatever sites we wanted to see. He has a magnetic personality
and we loved his wit. He took very good care of us! One day we ventured to
Negril and went to Rick's Cafe, but all six of us couldn't wait to get back
to our little paradise in Little Bay. I hope it doesn't change. We are all looking forward to and planning out the next trip...we're
thinking next year. (I hear a hammock calling my name.) Until then, I'll keep my pictures of
Coral Cove and the special people there someplace handy, so when I get
caught up in the "rat race" I can look at them and remember how perfect it
was there, how peaceful and tranquil.
