INCLUSIONS: Included in the daily room rate are the generous breakfasts, lunch and appetizers during the day, as well as the romantic candlelight dinners. All refreshments including fresh juices, bottled water, sodas, domestic beers, wine and liquors as well as fruit smoothies and other tropical drinks, all on a 24 hour basis. Use of Coral Cove bicycles, snorkeling gear and instruction, beach towels and all on-site amenities. High speed wireless internet as well as a complimentary guest computer with high-speed internet is now available as a free service for guests.
Children Rates
Children are allowed at Coral Cove Resort. Our nightly rates for children staying with an adult are $60 per child per night for ages 4-12 years old. Tax and service charge are added. All amenities are included in the children’s rate. Children three years of age or under are free.
Should you have children that would prefer more traditional kids meals we can put together an assortment of kids favorites such as chicken fingers and fish sticks. We can also cater to a wedding menu that include a enjoyable meal for kids.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE: Once you have decided to stay with us, there are several methods in which you can make a reservation. The quickest way is through our booking engine. Our booking engine is real-time and allows you to get an instant confirmation on your room reservation. If you would like us to put together a customized wedding for you we recommend you fill out our wedding request proposal form. Once dates have been settled upon, you will receive a guest agreement covering the length of stay and payment schedule, either by fax, email or US mail.
A signed guest agreement and a 25% deposit are required to book your reservation. Reservations will not be confirmed until a 25% deposit has been received. The balance of payment on the guest agreement is due 30 days prior to arrival at Coral Cove. You may secure your reservation online with a deposit by credit card or make an additional payment on an already confirmed room reservation at Make A Payment
METHODS OF PAYMENT: Cash, cashiers checks, money orders, bank transfers, personal checks, Credit Cards, including: Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover Card.
