The emphasis is not on large quantities of red meats, The emphasis is more towards fish,beans and a large variety of vegetables, a blend of the cultural influences from Africa, Spain, Europe, China and India.
Good food and good health are synonymous in Jamaican kitchens. Some of the most well known medicinal herbs e.g. all spice, garlic, ginger and hot peppers are staples in the Coral Cove kitchens.

Lunches are a reflection of the creativity of the chef. Try the Jerked Chicken Wrap with Mango Salsa or the mouthwatering Blackened Whitefish… Burgers & Fries can be had at Uncle Sam’s Grill.
Dinner entree’s may include the catch of the day prepared in a variety of ways.. possibly Escovitched fish wherein the fish is fried and doused liberally with a pickling sauce made from vinegar, pimento, onions and carrots..served with Jamaican Bammy just one of the many guest favorites.
Or one of the chef’s specials. Seafood Chowder garnished with Chinese Thyme followed by the Pineapple Coleslaw on a bed of lettuce with a vinaigrette dressing, For the entree, Coconut Crusted Chicken served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and sauteed Cho-Cho and Carrots. Ice Cream Sundae for desert.
Vegetarian dishes are the natural base for Jamaican meals, vegan and dietary restrictions are not a problem for the chefs at Coral Cove.
