The morning starts with fresh brewed, world renowned “Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee”, complimented with a continental breakfast offering of tropical fruits, cereals, johnny cakes, yogurt, toast and Jamaican jams for the early risers.

Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are served from the Coral Cove Restaurant or Uncle Sam’s Grill.
At the top of the cove the open air main dining area is a great location for family’s and friends as well as large groups that want to dine together.
There are many locations along the beach area or on the cliffs for romantic private dinners, As well as the Crownstone Room on the Cliff.

Seasonal fresh ingredients are sourced locally in Coral Cove’s support of the community. Little Bay fishermen deliver to our shores their fresh catch of fish, crab and lobster. We are also fortunate to have access to the vibrant farmers market in Sav-La-Mar where fresh fare from around the island are available.

The daily menu reflects the season and the catch of the day.
Authentic Jamaican cuisine is among the healthiest on the planet. You will find very little in processed foods. The emphasis is not on large quantities of red meats, The emphasis is more towards fish, beans and a large variety of vegetables, a blend of the cultural influences from Africa, Spain, Europe, China and India.
Good food and good health are synonymous in Jamaican kitchens. Some of the most well known medicinal herbs e.g. all spice, garlic, ginger and hot peppers are staples in the Coral Cove kitchens.

Breakfast’ offerings are “Jamerican”, both hearty and delicious….

Lunches are a reflection of the creativity of the chef. Try the Jerked Chicken Wrap with Mango Salsa or the mouthwatering Blackened Whitefish… Burgers & Fries can be had at Uncle Sam’s Grill.

Dinner entree’s may include the catch of the day prepared in a variety of ways.. possibly Escovitched fish wherein the fish is fried and doused liberally with a pickling sauce made from vinegar, pimento, onions and carrots..served with Jamaican Bammy just one of the many guest favorites.
